We are Thrilled that you have found us.  At the very beginning we want to introduce who we are and the purposes of OPP!

Who:  We are Other Peoples Property, more loving known as OPP.  We have a two-fold purpose: 1. Encouraging people to buy less NEW items and to create less waste and 2. To create revenue streams for giving.  This would be done through selling of the most Amazing Vintage around and sponsoring local events to spread our vision.

ENVIRONMENTAL: OPP strives to find the Best of what is out there already.  Looking to Thrift stores, Estates Sales, & Vintage shops we find the best or what could be the best.  Often fixing or Altering the clothes to make it more 2010.  We encourage people to buy what is already out there instead of consuming MORE New things, therefore using less of the Earth’s Resources.

According to the U.S. EPA Office of Solid Waste, Americans throw away more than 68 pounds of clothing and textiles per person per year. OPP sponsors Clothing Swaps every 3 months.  Providing an outlet for people to get rid of clothes they don’t wear anymore and take home clothes that they will wear, without having to buy anything new!

GIVING: We believe that business should be more than just a bottom line.  Our vision was to do what we LOVE and be loving people and our planet in the process.  We have a large selection of our inventory in which we give 100% of the profits to Haiti  for the Earthquake relief through an Orphanage: www.lespwaworldwide.com & for the rest of the inventory we give to 15% to www.charitywater.com.  We believe in building communities that last.  It’s hard to have solid communities without safe clean water. Something we don’t think should be a Luxury.
